1 You could restore iOS 8.0.2 or iOS 8.1.1 back from iOS 9 beta, but currently, Apple is signing iOS 7.1.1 only. Download iOS 7.1.1 firmware.
2 Download or update iTunes to the latest version, before starting downgrading iOS 9. Launch iTunes from your dock.
3 First of all, backup iOS 9 data to the secure drive on your iMAC or MAC OS X.

5 You would have to hold down home button, sleep/wake button and after 10 seconds release it. Your iDevice would be in DFU mode.
6 Hold down Alt/Option key to enable restore option. Here system would ask you to downgrade iOS 9 beta to iOS 8.1.1, press restore. Choose firmware that you have downloaded in the first step and confirm that next few steps.
